The more prep the client does before the appointment, the sooner we will get into the treatment portion of the service. Please fill out the client intake form prior to your appointment and have it sent back to us. If you do not fill it out in advance, please know what products you are currently using in detail (we recommend taking a photo or bringing them with you). Please make sure all jewelry (necklaces and large earrings) is removed and you have minimal or no makeup on. Make sure you are arriving on time to your appointment.

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our facial and scalp services are available to those over the age of 16.

Absolutely! We can provide a custom treatment for you at any point during your pregnancy. There are some modalities that we will not be able to use during your treatment. Our tables can be raised or lowered to find your preferred position of comfort while lying on your back.

Please arrive to your scalp treatment with freshly washed, dry hair. Scalp should be free of any dry shampoo or styling products. Please have your intake form filled out before your service.

Yes, all bookings require a credit card on file. No charges will be made to the credit card prior to your schedule appointment. You may use a different form of payment upon checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to hold appointments.

We ask for 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment results in a no-show you will be charged 100% of the service price. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour period you will be charged the full amount of the service before you are able to reschedule the appointment. If the card on file is declined, you will not be able to make another appointment with us until the reschedule/cancellation fee has been paid from the previous appointment.

We ask that all clients arrive at the start of their scheduled appointment time. If you are running less than 15 minutes late we will still move forward with your service, however, the treatment time will be shortened as we will not minimize the intake and outtake portion of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will be unable to take you for the appointment. You will be subject to 50% of your service total and can reschedule for another date.

You will receive a reminder 12 hours before your service.

Yes, gratuities are accepted and appreciated. They may be given in cash only. 100% of the gratuity will go to your service provider.
